Finally figured it out on how to show the WSDL in IE and FF
1) I exported the certificate from the keystore and then imported the
certificate into IE and FF
2) IE then was showing the WSDL but FF still was throwing this error Error
code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap
3) Opened about:config in FF and toggled this
"security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_des_sha" to true
4) I can now see the WSDL in FF

After some googling I ran into this article which tell you to add one more
cypher suite to the CXF bus configuration and after that I did not have to
change any setting in FF or IE, I don't even neeed to import certificates
manually, they show up like normal https websites
