Hi,
My gut feeling is the request xml isn't correct.
As you have standalone cxf client to talk to the external webservice,
you can dump the on-wire message when use the standalone cxf client.
The correct http request should be like
<importCaseRequest>
....
</importCaseRequest>

I have used same wsdl with standalone cxf client and it worked fine.
Is there any problem with request xml syntax? Here attached wsdl
