Ernesto, It should run as downloaded and extracted. ( Fixing path for JRE/JDK is mandatory ) .
But i faced a issue with 4.3, Sometimes it will not start properly. I faced indefinite delay while starting up. Then i moved to 4.4 . But i dont know whether your issue is related with this.
