That's great and thanks for sharing the extra information about your
solution - that will no doing be very useful for other users trying to
accomplish the same thing!

FWIW, I raised https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-956 to monitor the
ActiveMQ configuration for changes because you're definitely not the first
user that gets been by this behaviour.
