I would like to correct the problem description. It is wsn.xml descriptor (present in examples/simple) which is when deployed (i.e. copied to $servicemix_home/deploy directory) first time opens 8192 port for wsn Broker and CreatePullPoint services. We can see in logs that bundle is detected, installed and service started successfully.. But when we undeploy wsn.xml (i.e. remove from $servicemix_home/deploy directory), bundle is uninstalled, service listeners are stopped but 8192 port remains open. Given an illusion that service is available. If any requets is sent, we see exceptions on client as exceptions in servicemix logs as well.
