Hello, I figured it out. When I use the basic CXFBus implementation *org.apache.cxf.bus.CXFBusImpl*, there are many extensions missed. e.g. the *WSDLManager*. Therfore it is better to use some of the extended implementations. In the Spring configuration file I used the *org.apache.cxf.bus.spring.SpringBus*. The exception doesnt come any more.
