L.S., Unfortunately, I have not been able to reproduce this problem on my own Windows 7 VM. Could you take a look at the output of osgi:list and check if all bundle are active? Also, it might be worth looking at the log files to see if those reveal any errors or warnings that might be relevant here. If you want to test this again from a clean instance, you can always delete the data directory and then start the container again, so you get the same logging output as from a new installation.
