Hi,

You can check a couple of things.

1. does 9090 port really started? you can use command like
netstat -na|grep 9090
to see what you get.

2. use ip address but  not server-name in firefox to see if it works, then you 
can know if it's a dns issue

3. is there any firewall between machines?
