I just tried it and it works for me. only add
<bean id="org.apache.cxf.management.counters.CounterRepository"
class="org.apache.cxf.management.counters.CounterRepository">
<property name="bus" ref="cxf" />
</bean>
is enough
Also you may need try with the fab way to install that example, as described in
the README.txt
Btw, as the kit and examples is JBoss FUSE kit, you better put your questions
on JBoss FUSE forum[1]
