Thanks for the reply. I already browsed the repo of Insight but couldn't find the right classes. Thanks for pointing me to it.
Is there a place where I can find more documentation on how they use of the appender in Fabric? I still concerned about the dependencies, I know fabric uses some special sauce for dependency management. How are the dependencies handled for the appender in Fuse Fabric? Because if I'm correct you will need to add them at startup.properties before maven is even reached and manage the libraries manually. But the manual hassle of libraries isn't worth it for me. What would you say with my latter approach, register a listener with the pax logging service is more the OSGI way of doing things. Isn't this a better approach then using a appender? Aren't you more flexible this way? I also found out the PaxLoggingService also provides me with more information I can use. So I'm actually solved my original problem of accessing the camel contextId But I still curious on how you think of my approach. -- View this message in context: http://servicemix.396122.n5.nabble.com/Indexing-logs-in-ElasticSearch-tp5716875p5716879.html Sent from the ServiceMix - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
