What version of Camel are you looking for? We have Camel 2.10.6 in our Servicemix 4.5.2 which is about to get released within the next few hours (when the vote finishes) and we're probably moving to Camel 2.12 for Apache ServiceMix 5.0.0. If you want to upgrade to another version of Camel, you can edit the etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg file and update the version of the Camel feature there, but you might have to update some of the other features references as well (e.g. if you upgrade the version of Camel to 2.11.1, you'll notice that that features file has a reference to the 2.7.5 version of CXF so you have to ensure that version gets updated as well). You will basically have to do what we do when we create a ServiceMix release and make sure that all features versions are neatly aligned. Afterwards, just delete the data directory and restart the container and you should be good to go.
