As Servicemix uses Pax Web, you might be interested in the Pax-Web samples
on how to build a JSF WAR (WAB) [1].
To make it short, make sure you have the right Import-Packages defined in
the Manifest of the WAR otherwise it's hard to discover the needed parts.
