Hi, I was able to resolve the issue. The reason was a conflict between javax.ws.rs version 1.1.1 & 2.0. In service mix the version installed is 1.1.1 and I had mentioned 2.0 in my dependencies. The moment I corrected that in my manifest, the blueprint got created. Thanks to everyone!
