The easiest way to achieve this is probably by stopping the container,
modifying the versions in etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg, remove
the data folder and then restart the container so all the new versions
are being installed together.  Because some of those features files
are referencing each other, you may end up with multiple feature
version in the container.  If you combine ActiveMQ 5.9.0, Camel 2.12.3
and CXF 2.7.10, you should be fine - that's what we will have in
Apache ServiceMix 5.0.0 as well.  FWIW, that release is currently
under vote (cfr.
