Hi James,

You can edit etc/org.apache.felix.fileinstall-deploy.cfg file and add multiple 
directories in the felix.fileinstall.dir property:

felix.fileinstall.dir=${karaf.base}/deploy,${karaf.base}/deploy/other,${karaf.base}/deploy/foo
