Looks like the issue is solved.
After applying some updates (centos 7) servicemix is working correctly.

Possible solutions:
* Update to new java version solved the issue
* Some other updates to centos 7 solved the issue
* Other changes I'm not aware of solved the issue

Don't know which of the changes above caused this.
