This bit:

should be:
 <script type="text/os-template"> <myapp:myapp:HelloWorld/>  </script> 
Your tag is myapp:HelloWorld but the : here is just a convention - the myapp is 
not the namespace here. So you still need to prefix your include with the myapp 
namespace.
