The plug-in expects that the files names LICENSE and NOTICE are present in the package. I assume they are not, hence the failure. One option is to add them manually to the content project by copying them into whatever directory the plug-in uses for creating the content package. If you have a complete build to share, I could look into why they are not being picked up automatically. Thanks, Robert
