Are you also accessing your sogo server over it's IP address ?
Yep, I was.
I think it might work better if you use the real server DNS name.
That made no difference.
However...
I usually try to start as simple as possible, so I used plain http,
instead of httpS. Now I've switched to https, and things start to work.
Appearently https is a requirement??
Might be good to state this in the Thunderbird Config Guide...
