When sogo option "WOUseRelativeURLs" is set to YES, events get fetched properly by lightning 1.0b2 or later, displayed briefly and then they get deleted. In the debug log there is a delete message for every event (no error or warning).
I can also confirm that removing this option from the configuration file solved the disappearing events problem. Previously, it was set to WOUseRelativeURLs=NO in my configuration file. It thus seems that it has to be completely removed from the configuration file of SOGo.
