We are suffering an extremely rough day today. Thousands of "safety belt" restarts (we're running 1.3.2 on Ubuntu 10.4 64bit). Been trying to identify the culprit, and the closest I can some is that the error I've included in the subject shows up prior to the KILLs regularly.
The "application/msword" warning can be safely ignored. It'll fallback to an alternative viewer for application/octet-stream attachments.

Your problem more comes from this error :

Oct 04 12:29:28 sogod: SOGo watchdog [28228]: [WARN] <0x0x27e9800[NGImap4ResponseNormalizer]> unexpected OK object: Stale mailbox lock file detected, will override in 30 seconds

Because right after, you have:

Oct 04 12:30:33 sogod: SOGo watchdog [28196]: [ERROR] <0x0x24e3040[WOWatchDogChild]> FAILURE receiving status for child 28228

You might want to see what's causing "Stale mailbox lock file detected" - this message is coming from your IMAP server.
