[SOGo] new apache SOGo.conf file

I noticed that the new SOGo.conf file has only the one line now:
ProxyPass /SOGo http://127.0.0.1:20000/SOGo retry=0

instead of the previous:

ProxyRequests Off
SetEnv proxy-nokeepalive 1
ProxyPreserveHost On
ProxyPassInterpolateEnv On
ProxyPass /SOGo http://127.0.0.1:20000/SOGo interpolate

This may have changed a few versions back and I just noticed it now, 
however, is there some reason for this change?
