If Lightning is manually installed ( that is, without the update server), the time zone is correctly detected. So - what could possibly be causing this change in TimeZone, when using the update server and the integrator extension to install lightning and the connector ?
In the integrator you can override the TZ settings to be used by sogo.
You probably did not customize that setting in the integrator. (It defaults to the tz of the inverse HQ)
