Maybe because it's a default category what was on both sides. I changed it in the Sogo webinterface, and I saw it in Thunderbird. But I have problems to add a categorie to a card in the webinterface of Sogo. I am working here with relative older browsers from Debian stable, and it does not work well with all browsers (Iceweasel, Chromium, Epiphany).
