Hello, we found the source of this problem by analyzing the user's preferences in the Mysql table 'sogo_user_profile'.
Indeed we found the line: "SOGoSentFolderName": "INBOX \ / Drafts" who seemed suspicious. After removing it, everything returned to normal for this user.
