after lots of hours debugging, I finally found the error in the apache conf 
Without activating the ssl support, the adress must be http:// and not https://!

The URL is OK.

In /home/sogo/GNUstep/Library there is a hidden directory IIRC.

Which SOGo errors do you get?
What backend store do you use mysql or postgres?
Does the used user "sogoadmin" have an usable IMAP account?
