You could use URL Redirects. And as long as your MX Entrys from the
different domains point to your one-and-only Mailserver (not even
required, multi-domain-config supports different mail hosts) there
should be no problem. But this configuration is definitely mentioned in
the documentation. But the URL redirects are indeed no part of SOGo
config, it's more a thing of the webserver you use to proxy your requests
