[SOGo] Can't See or Send Calendar Invites (OS X Calendar/Mail)

I can receive calendar invites as attachments to messages containing other 
stuff just fine, but if I send a calendar invite via Calendar or if someone 
sends me one, I never receive it in Calendar or Mail. Config is below. Thanks
