It's for Peter to answer but my experience is as follows:
(1) download the 3 XPI files
(2) change the configuration of 'sogo-integrator-24.0.2-sogo.xpi' to
match my domain
(3) edit '/var/www/plugins/updates.php' to reflect the "new" XPI files
(4) use ftp to transfer the "new" XPI files to '/var/www/plugins'
(5) update TB 24.1.0 to 24.1.1
(6) launch TB and allow extensions to update from the "updates server"
on SOGo
I noticed that the Lightning extension did not update from the server
but within the user's profile.
So, as they logged into their account, each user was instructed to run
the updates on Lightning.
IF the user's profile shows Lightning already updated to 2.6.3, ask them
to update from file manually or push a login script to update the TB
Lightning extension at login (presuming you're using Windows)
I have a small number of users, so it was easy for me to run the updates
myself.

Fresh the calendar extension manually to 2.6.3, and it will works.
