Perhaps the configuration setting 'ModulesConstraints' would help you to 
get what you want?

Something like:

<key>SOGoUserSources</key>
       <array>
           <dict>
               <key>ModulesConstraints</key>
               <dict>
                   <key>Calendar</key>
                   <dict>
                   <key>objectclass</key>
                   <string>specificExistingClass</string>
               </dict>
           </dict>
