Found the solution:

A previous product installation had put in place an old copy of GNUstep.  Doing
a YUM remove/install of that product then reinstalling SOGo fixed the problem.

Complete!

Configured both sogo.conf files and attempted to start the service:

[root@vps1 yum.repos.d]# service sogod restart
Restarting SOGo:
/usr/sbin/sogod: error while loading shared libraries: libobjc.so.1: cannot

Searched for missing library:

[root@vps1 yum.repos.d]# find / -name
libobjc* /
usr/lib64/libobjc.so.2.0.0
/usr/lib64/libobjc.so.2

Any help please?
