HTTP error "401 Unauthorized" means you tried to access without any credentials. This happens every time you access SOGo for the first time after logging out or session expires. So they are normal and not to worry about. HTTP error "502 Bad Gateway" only happens, when your HTTP-Proxy ends a connection while the data transfer is still in progress. You should check your logs, if you have either to increase your apache timeouts, increase your WOListenQueueSize in SOGo or increase your sogo workers, or increase your memory etc. So this is usually a performance error.
