Since I have a Sieve error in my log, I'm hesitant to set this last

I'm using "LDAP AD/Samba4" for "SOGoUserSources" and "Dovecott/Postfix"

Look at your log file, you probably have an error with your Sieve server. If
you don't have one, set SOGoSieveScriptsEnabled to NO.
