To All,
          I was runing SOGo fine until last week, all of the sudden I cannot
no longer login.

It appears that port 20000 is not running, NGINX is reporting this:

2015/09/29 11:26:33 [error] 26847#0: *21 connect() failed (111: Connection
refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 10.141.36.190, server: _,
