customer is reporting crashes on w10 64 bit and firefox 64bit too, so I definitely need some debug hints to find what's going wrong

Hi all

since a (quite) long time I opened a bug
(https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=4098) because a customer of mine is
having issues with webmail UI..

I had almost no support on the BT and I need to debug the problem 'cause
my customer is asking me for a sogo alternative

first of all: no, I can't say him to use chrome as default browser
'cause they already must use both IE and firefox for some custom apps..
adding a third browser is not an option (unfortunately)

the problem doesn't depend on the AV running on the client (tried
different ones) but is seems related to firefox/w7 pro both 32 bit..
there's no way to reproduce the problem on a 64 bit machine.

this is what happen: regardless of open tabs in the browser (firefox),
when an user click on "answer" icon or on the "forward" one, the tab
closes itself with no error.. no error in browser's console, nor in
sogo's logs (UIDebug enabled)

I saw this bug: https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=3824 and I'd like to
have the opportunity to shutdown all the effects I don't really need to
see if it will solve the problem..

I'm not asking for code, I'm asking for feedback and hints.. once I
debugged the issue I'll give devs more info to solve it (hopefully)

is there anyone that has this kind of problem?
