+1 for Uwe, as afaik Sogo Connector for Thunderbird is currently the only way to link Thunderbird+Lightning with Owncloud or Nextcloud, Contacts/ToDos/Appointments.
As Uwe said, works fine, and it would be a pity if not available anymore.
