From the Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer documentation: "Free/busy lookups You can configure free/busy lookups globally in the outlook options. Select Options/Calendar and there free/busy information and use a free/busy url of your server with placeholder like %Name%, e.g. http://myserver/freebusy.php/%Name% Then every attendee in the outlook planning view gets resolved with that url for a free/busy lookup against your server." This only works, if everyone world wide can see your free/busy information. That means you have to enable public access in sogo.conf with SOGoEnablePublicAccess = YES; Then you need to set every calendar at least for public access to "can see date and time".
