Those logs look ok. You only have an LDAP ERROR:ERROR(-[NGLdapSearchResultEnumerator nextObject]): does not support result references yet ..
I have not seen that before.Could you enable LDAP debugging with LDAPDebugEnabled = YES; and repeat your test?

Clicked save. refreshed the webmail page and it's gone. I've been looking for the dovecot.log but it seems it's logging into the zentyal log. I cannot find anything related to the folder share in that log. Thank-you.
