It is now called SOGoTOTPEnabled therefore use:

/usr/sbin/sogo-tool user-preferences set defaults your-u...@domain.com
SOGoTOTPEnabled '{"SOGoTOTPEnabled":0}'

TOTP is the two factor authentication (2FA) provided by SOGo's webinterface.
You (or your users) enable that in webinterface with option
"Preferences" --> "General" --> "Enable two-factor authentication using
a TOTP application".
When enabled, you will see a QR-Code below the option.
This has to be scanned with a TOTP app (GoogleAuthenticator, andOTP,
...) on your smartphone or tablet prior to storing this change.
The TOTP app will generate login codes every minute, which are needed,
when this option is active.
