this depends not only on SOGo but also on the underlying mail server.

So that a SOGo account can use different sender addresses, these addresses must also be created at least as aliases for the respective mailbox on the mail server.

Since this process is different for each mail server, I have to refer you to the documentation for the mail server you are using.
