I am trying to get help for a SOGo related issue, but the email I sent took 
more than a day to show up in my spam folder flagged with "[SOGo][SPAM]" in the 
front of the subject.  Because it took more than a day, I thought maybe the 
fact that I included a screenshot as an attachment to the email made it fail to 
go through, so I sent another email with a copy of the content sans attachment. 
 But now I'm scared I'm being flagged as spam because I sent the same query 
twice, only because I thought the first attempt didn't go through.  Or maybe 
I'm being flagged as spam for some other reason?  I'm also guessing the reason 
it's taking more than a day for my email to show up in the system is because 
it's getting vetted for spamminess.

This email is not just a question I'm hoping to get answered, it's also a test 
to see if this one also gets flagged as spam.  I have no idea what would cause 
my inquiry to get rerouted to people's spam folders instead of their main 
inbox.  If anyone can tell me the things I should avoid in my emails, I would 
appreciate that.  I'm currently trying to figure out how to re-send my SOGo 
issue yet again without it getting flagged.
