Hello,
It seems to me like a Mailcow issue. You should open an issue there ->
https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/issues
And you can tag me @QHivert so I could help them if needed

Cheers,

Subject: Re: [SOGo] Calendar subscription fails occasionally

Hello again,

deactivating and activating users is only a temporary solution..
After some time it's the same again: "warning no possible subscription".

Some users are affected significantly more often, but I couldn't identify a
pattern.

Greetings, Felix

Hello,

I can confirm the bug but found a solution:

- Login with admin account

- edit the users mailbox in <https://XXX.com/admin/mailbox>
https://XXX.com/admin/mailbox

- set the users account to "inactive"

- set the users account to active again

-> you can subscribe users calendars again (if they are shared of course)

A full profile of the user reset didn't work. Only deactivating and activating
is the solution.

Greetings, Felix

Hello,

We are running a Mailcow/Sogo server (v. 5.12.3). When I try to subscribe to
some calendars I get "no possible subscription". When I push the subscription
from the other side it works. So it does not seem to be a access rights
problem. Any ideas?

Thanks

Jürgen
