What migration? There is no migration planned as its not a SQL problem. Thats why i tested it and had the exact same problem with everything in mariadb.

The fact that everything is stored in the database makes the migration much simpler. chatgpt can do the mapping of the columns and even write a migration script for your case.
It knows a lot about these systems :-)

Assuming you can whip up a VM for staging the migration, feel free to ping me if you can grant access to the VM.
We can do the staging together.

I am not a fan of guessing, i prefer hard facts. If i would knew that
this is caused by the db mix, i would go with mariadb or postgresql
only. But i dont know that.

I will see, for testing purposes, if it works in mariadb only.
    There is
no way to get all this migrated in 2hrs with testing etc. - i have
roundcube and other applications that rely on the database. In 2
    hrs i
might have the test-machine set up and running. Anyway, i will see
    what
happens when "everything" (SOGo) runs in mariadb.

In an Internet failure case, the #1 suspect is a constant: DNS.
"Oh, the cruft.", egrep -v '^$|^.*#' ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ :-)
