Usually sogo workers don't use minutes to complete a request. DO you use ActiveSync?If yes, did you read and understand https://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoInstallationGuide.html#_microsoft_enterprise_activesync_tuning ?
If not, you can use "SOGoDebugRequests = YES;" in sogo.conf in order to get start and end execution times of your requests.

I have a longstanding installation of SOGo that was reasonably stable until recently.
