No, I didn't file a bug yet. It happened twice during the testing of RC2 on the RC2 machine. It didn't happen on the RC3 machine. I applied RC4 three days ago to both machines and am still waiting for it to happen. I suppose it doesn't make much sense to file a bug for RC2 which may have been eradicated already.
