To be specific on my question, I want to be able to scan all messages or mails sent to & fro using yahoo or hotmail or any of these known web based addresses!
I do not have a mail server in my local network yet. We all use web based mails.
Can you tell us what web-based mail program the people in your company use? The answer will depend on this.
