I had a manual -200 whitelist-like entry on the SA list for a while before
making sure that SA never saw the list.

Normally this would work very well, but this list changes its name and
description and other characteristics so often (and without any announcement
whatever!) that it was impossible to keep up with list-of-the-day syndrome.

This sort of thing will work just fine for other reasonably spam-free lists
that doen't move around like Brownean Motion.
