I know the feeling. Stock spam seems to be the number 1 FN at the minute, but we relay for an investment firm so we have to be careful about how we handle it.
They are forced to obfuscate the disclaimer at the bottom of the message, and there are some good words to match on inside that. That's the implementation we currently use. I'm also seeing a fairly constant deluge in porn spam relating to (next-door|real|amateur|cow|dirty|filty) .... The ruleset I have here seems to work quite well (not sure whether the boss will let me post it atm, but I'll ask) but I'm happy to provide any feedback/suggestions if people need.
