I think you want to run something like "spamassassin --mbox --test < in.mbox > out.mbox".
Ok, I'll give that a try. I think I'll need to dig up mailutil so I can lock the input and output files during processing. (Just in case I'm awake when it's working and accidentally drag into the input folder.)
