"v5.6.1 required--this is only v5.6.0" seems pretty obvious. Upgrade RH to a newer version, 7.3 includes 5.6.1. You can also upgrade Perl to a newer version (current is 5.8.7), but this may have some side-effects (not familiar with RH).
